Station Details – Earlier known as Bombay Central, Mumbai Central railway station is one of the major railway stations of the Western Railway. The railway station falls on the Western Railway Mumbai suburban and outstation lines. Mumbai Central railway station serves as terminus for Western Railway outstation trains departing for Delhi, Rajasthan, Punjab and Gujarat. The terminus provides access to sub-urban areas like Crawford market, Tardeo, Kalbadevi, Mohammed Ali Road, Chor Bazaar and Bhendi Bazaar.

Formerly known as Victoria Terminus, Mumbai CST is a historic railway station and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Mumbai CST serves as the headquarters of the Central Railway. The terminus serves Central Railway trains terminating in Mumbai and the Mumbai suburban railway as well. Mumbai CST the westernmost terminus of Central Railway provides access to Churchgate, Dhanau, Karjat, Kasara,  Khopoli and Panvel.
