Patna is the capital city of the state of Bihar. One of the world’s oldest continuously inhabited places, Patna was earlier known by various names such as Azimabad, Kusumpur and Patalipurta. Station Details – Patna Junction railway station is a major railhead of the East Central Raiways. Situated on the Delhi – Kolkata rail route, Patna Junction is served by numerous express and superfast trains from all over the country.
