IRCTC (Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd.) in its notification to rail passengers says, “If you are booking e-tickets through the agent pay only the approved service charges on your e-ticket”. Service Charges per e-ticket, irrespective of number of passengers on the ticket ranges between Rs. 20 to 40 for agents.
Note:
- There are no additional charges for printing of tickets or stationery or for cancellation tickets
- If the agent demands more than the prescribed Service Charges, you may lodge a complaint at agentcomplaint@irctc.co.in or call @ 011-23745962 or care@irctc.co.in or call @ 011-39340000
